I’m totally calm about it, like it’s not the end of the world or anything, but I was a little disappointed when I saw the seats in person. The overall shape is fine, and I can see how some people would like them, but the colors and stitching just didn’t look as clean or polished as they did in the photos on prpseats.com.
Maybe they’re great once installed and actually used, so I’m not trying to make it a huge deal. Just based on looks, though, they felt a bit too busy and not quite as premium as I expected for the price. Not awful, just not the sharper look I was hoping for.

The seats are comfortable enough when you first sit down, but after a while they start to feel a bit stiff. I’m not sure I’d call them uncomfortable exactly, just not as soft as I was hoping.

My order from prpseats.com showed up packaged well overall. The box had some dents from shipping, which kind of stressed me out since I was already feeling mentally drained that day, but thankfully the seats inside were wrapped up nicely and nothing was damaged. It took me a bit to get all the packing off, but I’d rather deal with that than find scratches. I’m giving it 4 stars because the outer box could’ve been a little sturdier.

I was kind of in a rush when I first tried these out, but once I got off-road it was obvious they don’t really hold me in place. The side bolsters are just way too soft for my liking.

I tried ordering seats from PRP Seats, but almost everything I liked was either out of stock or marked as not available. It was frustrating because the site lets you browse like everything is ready to buy, then you get disappointed when you actually click into the options.
I checked back a few times hoping the stock would change, but it didn’t really improve much. I wish they made availability clearer upfront so people aren’t wasting time. Has anyone else run into the same issue with them?

I was disappointed with this. The seat material started ripping after only two rides, which just doesn’t feel reasonable. I get that wear and tear happens over time, but as a customer, you’d hope something like this would at least hold up to basic use

Shipping was okay, but it defintely took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just wish it got here a bit sooner.

I had a few questions before placing my order, and the staff was knowledgeable about the products. They helped make choosing the right seats a lot easier. The only thing is I wish they had replied a little faster, but overall it was a good experience.

I ended up emailing prpseats.com about my order because I wasn’t totally sure if I had picked the right fit, and I figured it might take a while to hear back, but they replied quick, I’m sure it was the same day, and the answer was clear enough that I knew what I needed to do.
I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I did have to send one follow up just to make sure everything was right, but they answered that too and got it sorted out, so overall it was a good experience and I appreciated that they didn’t leave me hanging.

The box showed up looking beat up, which made me nervous right away because I’m picky about stuff arriving in decent shape. Luckily, the seat itself was totally fine once I unpacked it. Packaging definitely could’ve been better, but I’m glad the actual product wasn’t damaged.

I got a harness from prpseats.com and I’m convinced it’s the most comfortable one I’ve used. My old harness would dig into my shoulders after a while, but this one didn’t bother me at all, even on a longer ride. Super easy to adjust too, which is always a win. Ordering was smooth, shipping was totally fine, and I’ve got zero complaints. I’m definitely happy with it

I was surprised by how many ways PRP Seats lets you customize everything. Colors, stitching, little add-ons... it was all laid out clearly, which made me wonder if they’ve secretly perfected the whole seat-ordering process or something. It took me a while to choose because there were a ton of combinations, but I guess that’s the kind of problem you want. In the end, the seat showed up looking exactly how I pictured it. No weird surprises, no hidden agenda that I could find. Happy with how it turned out.

At first I thought the seats looked good, but after using them a few times the stitching and some of the plastic parts just felt kinda cheap. One of the seams already started pulling apart after only a few rides, which was disapointing. They’re not terrible or anything, I just expected a little more for the price.

I ordered these seats for my setup and they fit pretty much spot on. The bolts lined up fine, though I did have to wiggle one side a little to get everything seated right. Compared to some other seats I’ve tried before, these were a lot less frustrating to install. Overall I’m happy with them, just giving 4 stars because of that small adjustment.

I ended up having to exchange a seat cover because I ordered the wrong one. Totally my mistake. Support got back to me quick and explained what I needed to send back. The replacement took a little longer, longer than I was hoping, to get shipped out, but in the end it all worked out fine. Not a perfect process, but a good experience overall.

I had to wait way too long to hear back, and when I finally did, the warranty help just didn’t feel that helpful. I was hoping it would be a simple process, but it ended up being more frustrating than..

The install ended up being kind of tricky and took some fiddling to get right. I also felt a bit passed around when trying to figure it out, like I couldn’t get a straight answer from one place. It worked out eventually, but it wasn’t as smooth as I hoped.

The seat seemed decent at first, especially when I tried it out before heading off, but after a few hours of riding my back was really starting to hurt. I was just doing a longer weekend ride, nothing too crazy, and by the time I stopped for lunch I could already tell it wasn’t giving me enough support. For short trips it might be fine, but I wouldn’t count on it for longer rides.

The ride feels a lot smoother now, especially when I’m going over rough trails. The suspension is solid. It’s a tiny bit firmer than I thought it would be, but somehow that still makes the seat feel smoother, if that makes sense. Either way, it’s definitely a big upgrade.
